Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty Achieves Sale Of South End Landmark with Georgantas Design and Development

Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, Boston’s largest independent real estate company, announced today the incoming occupants of 1401 and 1405 Washington Street in Boston’s South End. Pam Holian and Ron Geddes of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty represented the building owner in the sale of the property, which included seaside fish market Morse Fish Company and local pizzeria Harry O’s Pizza. Instead, patrons will enjoy fresh grab- and-go pastas from Black Jack Pasta Bar and mindfully-sourced flatbreads from Union Park Pizza. The Gallows, the adjacent gastropub which opened in 2010, will remain at 1395 Washington Street and continue to serve distinguished burgers and other innovative menu offerings to the South End community.
